The West Riding Ensemble is a major project bringing together today’s and tomorrow’s professional string chamber musicians to perform concerts and make recordings. It also acts an an umbrella for research-related performance based around David’s scholarship. Based in Sheffield, founder members include some of David’s long-standing professional colleagues, and one of David’s gifted young students.

Bach Double Violin Concerto - a late-romantic interpretation including Hellmesberger’s cadenza
